New Counselor Selection Process
The Anglican Church Camp of the Midwest (ACCM) is committed to selecting volunteer counselors who will provide a safe, Christ-centered, and enriching experience for campers. The following process ensures that only qualified and faithful leaders are chosen.

● Application Form submission (with references and church endorsement)
● Interview with Camp Director and Church Camp President
● Signing of Counselor Policy Handbook
● Evaluation and selection by ACCM Board
Phase 2 (upon selection by ACCM Board):
● Nationwide criminal background check clearance
● Completion of MinistrySafe child protection training
Phase 3:
● Counselors in Training (CITs) will meet with the Camp Director and Church Camp
President in advance of camp
● All counselors are required to attend Saturday staff meeting on Counselor Arrival Day
